Schadnusch Nejad

After graduating as a Master of Science at Mainz-Bingen University of Applied Sciences, Mr. Nejad worked in various departments and business sections of Robert Bosch GmbH.

As a member of Rohwedder AG's Executive Board, Mr. Nejad was responsible for the Engineering and Procurement Department. Moreover, he acted as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Roth & Rau AG, as Chief Manager of Rohwedder Visotech GmbH and as a member of the Advisory Boards in the following branches of Rohwedder AG:

Rohwedder Pematech GmbH, IEF Werner GmbH, Rohwedder, Inc. (USA), Rohwedder Automated Systems, Inc. (Canada), Rohwedder Pty. Ltd. (Australia) and Rohwedder Microtech & Co. KG in Bruchsal, Germany.

Up to September 2005, Mr. Nejad was a member of the Executive Board at IPTE AG, a globally acting company leading in the electronics and automation business. There are IPTE production sites, with a total staff of 14,000 in Germany, Belgium, France, Portugal, China, Singapore and Roumania.

Mr. Nejad has been a guest lecturer at Karlsruhe University's Institute for Informatics, Automation, Robotics and Process Control and, as a business expert, he has also been a dedicated supporter of "Mittelstandplus", a platform installed by the German Government for strengthening German SMEs (small-to-medium enterprises). From November 2007 to November 2009, Mr. Nejad was a member of the Advisory Board of Julius Heywinkel Holding GmbH in Bramsche, Germany. Beyond that, he has been an advisor with the Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and with Nordholding GmbH in Hannover since 2006.

Kathleen Nejad

Having finished her studies as a business graduate (Osnabrueck University, Germany and Brunel University, UK) and as a Master of International Management (Bond University, Australia) Mrs. Kathleen Nejad worked in various sections and departments of Robert Bosch GmbH.

From 2000 on, Mrs Kathleen Nejad was responsible for the marketing of MTU's engine technology in the Strategic Corporate Planning Department of DaimlerChrysler.

In the year 2002 Ms. Nejad founded the company GMC Consulting.  This company worked in the field of Marketing, Studies, Management Consulting for medium sized companies in a technological environment.

Beyond that, Mrs. Nejad has been a lecturer at Ravensburg/Weingarten University. She is teaching marketing research and has helped to create "Intercultural Management" as a subject taught in English.

From 2005 to 2007 Mrs. Nejad was Chairwoman of ATMvision AG's Supervisory Board.

Mrs. Kathleen Nejad has had the position of Manager for Marketing and Investor Relations and she has been a member of ATMvision AG's Supervisory Board since 2007.

Prof. Dr. Uwe Landau

Prof. Dr. Uwe Landau (born in 1944) studied metallurgy in Clausthal-Zellerfeld and in Berlin, graduated with a doctorate in electronic chemistry in 1976 and completed his habilitation thesis about the subject of surface technology at Berlin Technical University in 1991. From 1992 to 2010 Professor Landau taught surface technology at Berlin TU's Department III as an extraordinary lecturer.

From 1982 to 1987 Professor Landau was an authorised officer with Schempp & Decker, a major German galvano-technology company. In 1987 Prof. Landau founded OTB Oberflächentechnik (Surface Engineering) in Berlin.

Early in 2007 Professor Landau sold his OTB corporate shares to the Diehl Corporation, in Nürenberg and founded two new firms: Largentec GmbH and Largentec Vertriebs (Distribution) GmbH.

In his position as Chairman of the expert committee "Noble Metals" of the DGO (German Society for Galvanic and Surface Technology) Professor Landau is responsible for the "Expert Workshop for Electronics and Surface Engineering" in Berlin.

Professor Landau is also a member of the board at the Institute for Metal and Metal Chemistry Research (FEM) in Schwäbisch Gmünd and he has taken on responsibility in various German panels and commissions for galvanic and surface technology. Through these activities a stack of books was conceived: "Edelmetallschichten" (noble metal coats), "Die keimreduzierende Wirkung des Silbers in Hygiene, Medizin und Wasseraufbereitung" (The germ-killing effect of silver in hygiene, medicine and water treatment) and "The Bactericidal and Oligodynamic Action of Silver and Copper in Hygiene, Medicine and Water Treatment". Beyond that, Professor Landau is a co-inventor and holder of a batch of patents and he has been acting as an expert for the Baden-Wuerttemberg Federal Economic Department.

And, last but not least, Professor Landau has been a member of ATMvision AG's Supervisory Board from the start.

Horst Geppert

After completing his academic studies as a mechanical engineer at the college in Munich Hr. Geppert started his career in the Audi AG in Ingolstadt.

Mr. Geppert began in the serial development, afterwards in the parts distribution logistics and continued to pursue his career forward as operating engineer in the car body construction. 

From 1978-1986  Mr. Geppert was in charge as a leader in the car body development, prior to taking over the project management at the VW factory Pamplona in 1986-1994 .

Between 1994 - in 2001 Mr. Geppert took over the whole management of the car body construction within the Audi AG. Following this Mr. Geppert directed the optimization of the car body construction SEAT SA in Spain till 2002.

At the same time Mr. Geppert is board member of the organization  „International body shell expert's circle".

Since January, 2007, Mr. Geppert is chairman of the board of the ATMvision AG, in Salem.
